DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

HELLAS:

Orders placed on the art & paper website are prepared and shipped the next working day of the order by GENERAL POST and delivered within 1-2 working days (depending on the place of residence).
In case the customer wants another shipping method, a consultation is made on the phone 210 3226313 and a new shipping method is agreed upon.

ABROAD:

Purchases from customers residing abroad are made exclusively by credit card charge and are sent by post (ELTA)
Orders from abroad are sent by post and the charges follow the official ELTA price list for letter post and parcel post.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN GREECE

For purchases worth more than €40, shipping costs are not charged.
For purchases worth less than €40 if you choose the courier company as the shipping method, the charges are €3.50

For cash on delivery purchases, there is an additional service cost of €2.

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE GREECE

Orders from abroad follow the official ELTA price list for letter post and parcel post.
